Welcome to Kimpton Hotel Palomar Los Angeles. At this time, we are open and accepting guests.

We're continuing to monitor developments and following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and the State of California. To help safeguard your health and best serve you during your stay with us, we've made necessary modifications to our amenities and services. In addition to our rigorous standard housekeeping routines, we've increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures and have put in place additional measures to enhance our disinfection protocol in public areas.

Guest Amenity Fees

  • Guest Amenity Fees of $26 + tax will be charged per night of your stay and include the following:
    1. Daily $15 credit towards Self-Parking or lobby Bodega (Grab & Go)
    2. Premium Faster Speed WiFi
    3. Press Reader Digital App (access to hundreds of Newspapers & Magazines)
    4. Digital Tablets (loaned via Front Desk)
    5. LYFT Drop-off within 2-mile radius of hotel (arranged by Front Desk)
    6. Complimentary EV charging
    7. 2 Bottles of Welcome Water
    8. Cellphone UV Sanitizer (upon available at the Front Desk)
    9. Beach Kits (loaned via Front Desk)
    10. Complimentary Calls within the Continental US

  • Our hotel now offers convenient digital check-in and checkout, so you can come and go with greater ease, and stay focused on your real priority—making the most of your stay. Signature Kimpton Programs

  • Where can I find coffee in the morning?
    • Morning Coffee Service available at the Front Desk or a coffee maker can be provided upon request (based on availability).
  • Morning Kick-Start will feature a “Kimpton Get Up + Go” playlist
  • Evening Social Hour is currently suspended due to a Los Angeles County Department of Heath Mandate.
  • Kimpton bikes are available on a first come first served basis and will have an additional layer of disinfection with the guest present prior to bike check out.
  • In-room Spa Services have been suspended

Parking Services:

  • Self-Parking is available for $47 per 24 hours.

Housekeeping Services:

  • To protect the safety of our guests and employees, our housekeeping service is completely contactless. This means that our housekeeping team will not enter your room during your stay. Our team is available daily via phone or text to offer contactless delivery of towels, sheets or trash pick-up. You can also text us directly at (424) 269-9949 to request delivery at any time including our “Forgot It, We Got It” items such as a toothbrush or razor.
  • We have removed certain guest room items (think throw pillows, pens/paper, and books) as a precautionary measure or in some cases made changes to other in room amenities. Learn more about Kimpton’s Approach to Clean.

Minibar:

  • In need of a snack or a cold drink? Stop by the front desk to purchase a variety of mini-bar items from our pop-up bodega.

Dining Services:

  • Double Take is open Thursday – Saturday from 5PM - 10PM for dine-in and takeout. View Hours and Menus

In-Room Dining:

  • In-room dining is not currently available.

Concierge Services:

  • Looking for ice? The ice machine is available on the 10th floor.

Fitness Center:

  • Out fitness center is open 24hrs with limited capacity. Visit the Front Desk for the access key.

Pool Availability:

  • Our pool is open daily from 8AM - 6PM.

Business Center:

  • The business center is currently closed. Please visit the front desk for copy and printing services.

Other Services:

  • In-House Bell services are not currently available.
